Walk, Drive and Shuttle
Enjoy the scenic 9 minute walk down to the Village Center (Restaurants,
Shops, etc.). The return trip is a 13 minute uphill jaunt. Save 5
minutes in either direction with the 'TreeTops Shortcut'. By car, the village
is 2 minutes away and parking is easy to come by. Alternatively, the Big
White shuttle runs on the half-hour and drops you off 100 feet from the front
door. Big White is a short 45 minute drive from Kelowna, golf courses and
Lake Okanagan.
Ski-in Ski-out

Best ski-in ski-out on the mountain ! Direct ski in access from 3
different chair lifts (Ridge Rocket, Bullet or Black Forest). Ski out on the 'Mogul
Track' ski run which is located literally 5 feet behind the condo (see view
from rear window - left) and 20 feet from the front door. You can ski
down Mogul Track to the Perfection run and the Ridge Rocket Express or walk
up a short distance to access Easy Street to the Bullet Express and the
village.

three bedroom non-smoking unit (1,300 sq ft. / 121 sq. m) located on the first floor of the Timber Ridge
complex.

Bedroom 3 has one double + single bunk (3 persons).

An excellent working kitchen with a
large fridge, microwave, range/oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker,
cappuccino maker, waffle iron and blender.

The main bathroom has a toilet, basin, tub/shower and hair dryer.

A heated tandem garage below the unit has space for 2 vehicles.

There is one 6 person deluxe hot
tub (outdoor on covered patio) that is private. Panoramic view of the
Monashee Mountains from the hot tub.

located in great room. It is faced with cultured stone.

Absolutely no cats or dogs are
allowed.
Quiet Time Policy
11pm to 8am.
Check In/Out
You may check in after 4pm and stay until 10am on your departure day.
